When an appropriate amount of water vapor is introduced, the waste carbon has an activation effect under the mixing effect of high temperature and water vapor. The regenerated carbon is discharged from the tail and collected after cooling. The exhaust gas is processed by the exhaust system and discharged up to the standard.
